So. You've found my new home. Hi. Come on in, make yourself cozy.
Blogger has been really getting on my nerves for quite some time now, so I decided to give this a shot. Not to mention that Typepad has some cooler design features that make the wannabe techie geek inside me happy. And in case you were wondering....Ginger Grace is the 2 nicknames I've had my entire life. Ginger, well, once you've met me you'd understand that, and Grace because I embody the complete opposite.
We've had the best weekend, I was so sorry to see it end. Especially considering it was almost 70 degrees yesterday, and today it's like 20 or something and preparing to snow. Yesterday was just a tease, we are SO sick of winter and dying for spring to get here. We took Ayla to the park yesterday, she had the best time running around in the mud and puddles and sliding and climbing. They had a little plastic rock climbing wall and my 16 month old daredevil daughter proceeded to attempt to climb it. And she DID climb it, with Daddy right behind her of course. This kid has no fear whatsoever, have a feeling that will get her into a lot of trouble at some point. Well, if she's anything like her Momma was it will. She also had a great time trying to drink the water in the puddles...dude...that is some awesome balance my kid has. Ayla and I spent some time with my Grandma and Aunt on Saturday and then did a whole bunch of shopping for spring clothes for the kiddo. Which was fun of course, I mean come on, it's shopping, right?
I realize that it's only March 3rd, but there's a lot of planning going on right now for the SISTV first anniversary event on June 13-15 in Franklin, TN. I only mention this because I'm going and would LOVE to meet as many people from internet land as possible. It's gonna be LOTS of fun, I know JJ and KA have lots of goodies and prizes and stuffs planned....not entirely sure what yet but I know it's gonna be awesome.
That's all for today, I'm still pretty boring, but I'm going to 'try' to blog more frequently. I read somewhere yesterday that it's kind of a forward motion thing...the more you do it the more you WANT to do it. We'll see if ther's any truth to that.
