New page in the garden and a new blog home!

Hi guys!  I'm so excited today!I just recently decided to start a new blog, www.jenjockisch.com (be sure to update your reader/rss feeds with the new link!) for a few different reasons. First, I was fed up with trying to figure out CSS and HTML to customize my blog, a web developer I am not. Second, my old blog, ginger [email protected] was very confusing for people in that I'd get emails from people thinking my name was Ginger Grace. Which it is not. Those are just nicknames. So anyway, I decided to give a new site  a whirl. Please bear with me as I'm still working out some kinks, I know some of the header functionality is not working properly and I hope to get it up and running soon!

So I just had a new page go up in the Garden at 2Peas today, it's one of my favorites in a while! We did a product focus this month, I chose Crate Paper Random. For this page, I cut some stars with my Silhouette from white card stock, and then used that as a negative to piece together  a background. I really just cut some random triangle shapes and kept cutting until they fit. I added in some embellishments, misted the Pink Paislee Woodshop alphas with Mister Huey's Pony, (my FAVE color! so looks like stained wood) and that was it! Oh! I also wanted to mention how much I LOVE the new Prima crystals. They seem a little different to me from other jewels in the way they're cut and I love the colors. Definite must have.
